BJB Lift Trucks is the market leader in providing intelligent materials handling solutions. They were recently appointed as an authorised dealer for the entire Nissan Forklift range. BJB can provide materials handling equipment packages in diesel, electric and LP gas formats.
BJB actively encourages and provides continuous personal development training for its staff so they, in turn, can continue delivering better value and improved materials handling services. This investment in staff training was recognised in 2011 when BJB Lift Trucks entered and won the Northern Lincolnshire Business Award for Training Excellence.
The Problem
Following BJB’s appointment as a national dealer for the Nissan forklift range, the management board realised that they needed to update their website so it was more representative of their new status and that the website should attract more sales enquiries.
The Solution
MAK designed and built a new website that is clear and concise and demonstrates BJB’s full range of products and services. MAK has also designed an online catalogue that allows BJB to show all of their full range of equipment for sale. The catalogue allows visitors to search using a range of filters, and available equipment is displayed in both a thumbnail and full view. Interested parties can complete a simple enquiry form which is emailed direct to the BJB sales team for follow-up.
