C&T Matrix is the market leader and manufacturer of the self locating creasing matrix system. C&T Matrix boasts over 100 years engineering experience which has enabled it to design and produce its own manufacturing machinery, ensuring the highest quality product range and incorporating the latest innovations.
The Problem
MAK was approached by C&T Matrix to help them improve how they communicate, what on the surface is a very simple product, to their international network of distributors. The objective was to provide a more visual method of how to identify which matrix their customers should select for a given job, and how the matrix should be fitted and used.
The Solution
After much consultation MAK was able to identify the key steps in the process and reduce them down to four simple steps. MAK produced a hard copy two sided guide that visually demonstrated each step and created two animations that visually walked their customers through how to identify the correct matrix and how to install it.
Following the successful completion of the project MAK was invited to re-brand C&T which involved creating a range of new illustrations, logos and updating their full range of technical catalogues.
